Just wondering why the Calls/Puts from the weekend are held until Monday at 4pm?

I'm sure it was well thought out, but I am curious as to why the calls/puts are not cashed out at the same time on Sunday as their associated adjusts or Monday at 10 am... especially since the totals are in, adjusts are made, and no changes can occur to the calls/puts (locked/halted). Inquiring minds...

Thanks for hosting an enjoyable and challenging game on an easy to manage platform.
