Greatest Worry is either HSX does not know what is Causing the Problems or is Incapable of Stopping them.

If HSX knows what Malicious Sites are Causing Problems and is Incapable of Stopping them, then Logic dictates that the HSX DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) Defence is Insufficient.

It is not the Responsibility of HSX Users to find out what is Causing the Problems. Feedback from HSX Users on what is transpiring, or not transpiring, can be helpful. Not providing any Feedback at all is NOT Helpful.
