EU?

I would appreciate an answer to this question.  Will the EU problem every be solved.  I'm going to be in EU countries in March again.  When I was there last year for a week my portfolio was a mess when I got back and my ranking went down considerably. You never told us why this happened.  If there is a good reason then I will stop asking.  If not, please solve it.
