It'd be helpful if you'd list which iPhone you are having an issue with.
I have no dog in this, but as someone who works in web technology I can attest that providing your device & system details when initially reporting issues is great help to getting a quick fix out.
I have looked on iPhone SE & iPhone 8 (both iOS14) using Safari & Chrome and I'm not seeing the issues you noted above.
