Other way around for me

Posted by: NiteKraz on Jul 31, 19:19 in response to ndmaster's post I would suggest moviestocks and starbonds

Funds don't have a high enough yield for smaller ports, but if you've got cash laying around then why not stick somewhere? As long as it pays back more than the interest you'd make by keeping it as cash, then you're ahead of the game. As a billionaire, he'd have to buy a lot of stock and bonds to run out of cash before he got around to the funds. I'd definitely hit the stocks and bonds first, but there's nothing wrong with funds that produce steady, if small, returns on money that would just sit there otherwise.
