I read over it again and it does mention a theatrical release post-festival so I guess we're back "wait and see" mode.

Other than IFC and Magnolia I've yet see any of these VOD releases get a theatrical release afterwards... thinking specifically of the Sundance Selects movies (which are also IFC for all intents and purposes)
