The issue is how the name appears in the credits.....a little history (Minor old spoiler)
BMURR did not want Tootsie confused with SNL so his name did not appear in the "Starring" at the front of the movie, but does appear in the crawl at the end.
ALAPA appeard in ANLY2 in a major role, but his name does not appear in the credits. It is not in his filmography.
BWILL had a major part in OCEN2, as himself but his name was not in the credits. In the same movie, the villan......(Spoiler) was AFINN whose attachment and name in the credits would have been a spoiler. Uncredited.
If you go to imdb, BWILL does a lot of uncredited work, for his own reasons.
SLJAC was in THOR and IRNMN but was uncredited. Let's be fair, CAPM was really a credited cameo, which should not have been attached, but it stayed.
On the other hand, XPNDB had an uncredited BWILL in the trailer, in BIG LETTERS, and on the poster. This was an exception made, because of the poster and trailer using his name. (ASCHW was also uncredited.)
RCOLT said 6 words in HPOT8, 2 of which were "Harry" and was attached. Not the shortest attachment by a long shot. But WB listed him in the credits in the alphabetical grouping, so there you have it. IHOLM was bareley in LRDR3 and was listed as "with" but was attached.
Generally, if a performer appears in a movie, even in a huge role, and chooses not to have his or her name on the list of credits, it is a non-attached performance.
Who deserves to be credited, and who not, is a debate that has gone on for as long as I have been here, and will go on for time immmemorial.
That all being said, I actually looked for GPALT in the credits, which were alphabetical, just like the TV show. Then the scroll was also alphabeetical. She was in neither. Under HSX usage, although she was "in" the movie, she is an uncredited cameo. I would love to have an attachment. The more the merrier. But let us be fair. If she and her representation chose to not have her listed in the credits, then for HSX purposes, she was not there. As far as HSX is concerned, as Ceelo says, F*** You.
