Not true. They have editors who okay all submissions. Problem is that their policy is to reject all submissions after a certain period.
And a lot depends on what kind of mood the editors are in. I've submitted additions to the credits supported by video of the credits and they've rejected them. Other stuff that is blatantly wrong they accept without checking.
