Right at the bottom of this story from last year, JHURT says that more happens to his character in the final two movies, so it looks like he'll have a larger role than just the scene in the trailer.
Now whether these scenes will appear in HPOT7 or HPOT8, and whether they'll make the final cut or result in a credit is another story.
