I understand that the price doesn't move while the stock is frozen (due to adjust),
but the stocks moved during that adjust/frozen period should still have an affect on the price once it is unfrozen the following day.

correct. main point here is that the bond was FROZEN for the whole day, so no matter how many shares are Mar 23, 10:36
