suggestions please: i am giving up (mostly anyways) sugary drinks (i was drinking 64oz. of pepsi, etc a day). so i need some alternatives
i hate to give up my pepsi and mountain dew but my body says i must :D
I cant stand artificial sweeteners though
diet pepsi, diet coke, etc are out because i dont like their taste
pepsi max and coke zero still not good.
diet dr pepper is decent
lipton green tea is fairly low on sugar, but still at like 50 cal. i would like something lower than that
so far best tasting drink i like is low calorie gatorade.
so it could be juices, teas, colas, waters whatever
what zero or low cal drinks do you prefer?

I'm big on Snapple Diet Iced Tea. I buy 20oz plastic bottles by the case in Costco. I know not everyone likes iced tea :) {nm} Jul 11, 08:26
