The Avatar OW was probably impacted by a MASSIVE snowstorm that buried the East Coast from Illinois to Maryland to New England states in 2 to 3 FEET (not inches) of snow for over 2 days .....Snowmageddon.....could have impacted the OW which impacts the multiplier
Just a thought...take it for what its worth.
