Consider business start-up opportunities like lawn service. Heck, I've wanted to start one of those just so my yard gets cut.
For reference, I work 70-80 hours a week and make enough to live comfortable. I guess for fairness (since you posted first), I make around $40 per hour though I'm salaried so any time I work over 40 hours is money I am gifitng to the firm.
I typically take one vacation to the beach and then another week at home during the holidays. This year, we spent two weeks at the beach, but that was a treat since we paid off all debts excepting the house. Beginning in January, I will be turning all my attention to the house and getting it paid off in 5-7 years.
I guess what it comes down to what you enjoy and what your long-term goals are. For me? I want to have everything paid for so I can maxmize my retirement, whenever that is. But I also value time with my family...and it is worth the expense.
So I'd recommend finding additional income sources and working a plan to be completely debt free as quickly as possible, sounds like you have a real sharp brain in that head of yours and you have a knack for numbers. Good luck!
