cant tell you how strongly i object to that. roberto duran was a legend long before no mas and is best known for the trail of bodies he left behind him in the lightweight division, and lets not forget that in their first fight he handed sugar ray leonard his ass on a silver platter. its true that after the first leonard fight his glory days were behind him, but saying hes best remembered for no mas is like saying that the grand canyon is just some tourist attraction. fantasy boxing is pretty pointless but for my money, if you could put them in the ring at the same age and weight, the greatest fight that never happened would have been roberto duran vs julio cesar chavez (my hero). at lightweight my money would always be on duran...at welterweight chavez would take him. chavez would have taken leonard to. maybe at the same time.
