Because Packer Fans didn't buy enough tickets. 

Well, when you've got it so good and your team is in the playoffs year after year, the game involves no longer becomes a special game.  It happened with Atlants's baseball team in the 90's when they were in the playoff like 9 out of 10 years.

Add the windchill and it will be -30...
