At the beginning of the episode, Maria Hill is on the phone.  She starts describing the people who are following her tonight and then notices that something is wrong...

she says 'Pepper I'll call you back in ten'

Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), Iron Man's girlfriend and CEO of Stark Industries (who Maria Hill now works for).
