found out today that a local dentist who i was pretty close friends with several years back crashed his plane somewhere outside of ardmore. nicest guy you could ever imagine...he was the kind of guy who if you couldnt afford to pay him hed tell you that this one was on the house. there was no real reason why i hadnt seen or talked to him in a few years....we just drifted apart the way people do sometimes while their busy living their lives...that makes me really sad now that its to late to do anything about it. i used to hang out at his house with him all the time. he even offered to take me up in that plane a few times....go have breakfast somewhere like phoenix or niagra falls....i never did take him up on it...i was born on the ground i'll just stay there thank you...but it really makes you stop and think tho. if you have a friend you havent talked to in awhile maybe you should give them a call just to say hi how ya doin...
