inquiry into this department and a few others when all along there should have been an Audit annually of all government law enforcement departments both local and state. They should be required to compile and report all statistics regarding there employment and there departments resources.
They are NOT monitored closely enough and they like it that way and there unions fight to keep it that way. Things need to change for all of us Black, Brown, White and any other color you choose to call youself, before long Fascism will be what we are dealing with and it will be harder to turn around from that then from where we currently are.
I happen to reside in a resort town where I see 1st hand the collection of fines and fees from visitors who rarely return to challenge these fines and fees. These fines and fees are collected for the purposes of budget and resource justifications and this is on a small scale. I can imagine what is going on elsewhere is far greater of an issue. There must be another way. I sure hope some representatives come up with something different in the near future.
