DAREDEVIL to OLDBOY parallel video - SPOILER ALERT don't watch if you haven't seen NETFLIX's DAREDEVIL YET...

The Showrunner did state in an interviews that they looked to OldBoy & the Raid (and others), for ideas & to recreate that fast pace and gritty, realistic fighting sequences & real crime aesthetic in the show...So its not biting, it's homage and sampling best (appreciated+admired) elements from an existing films style & approach & adapting, applying it to yours...When you state the films you we're trying to emulate or borrow that style from, I feel its respectful & honoring that directors films/approach - so I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you make it public knowlegde (Spike Lee should speak up about stealing from Michael Mann's technique all this time!) and a little known English film (masterful cinematography) entitled "Night of the Hunter"...
