I haven´t writen anything silly here for a while so don't mind me. I was having a conversation with my friend and he was saying "I am so angry, I am very furiouse". I won´t go in to why but I think it is was someone at his work that had upset him. But how can this be. When you logicaly look at this... when a person say "I am angry" what they are doing is picking up one thought and they are saying, yes, this is one thought that best represents me now and this is me. "I am angry". but this is just one thought and you are a COLECTION of thoughts, you have always been a collection of thoughts ALWAYS, how many thoughts?.... a lot... you can have any thought right now, so when you say I am angry, you are looking at just one thought, not all of them which is what you really are, pure conciouse thought. there is no anger because you have never just been one thought. I hope this helps and please excuse the spelling.. the wierd part I supose is when you say I am ( please insert your name here) again this is just one thought...so how hard are you to find now. hahahaha.
