The $ reward is a very good idea, but I think that it can be stretched a bit further...
Why not make it so that a trader can receive the $ reward for the same fund he/she has managed in the past, but only after they have managed at least 5 other different funds and reached delist? That way, there is still an incentive for traders to manage funds. Don't get me wrong, the suggestions you made are really good, but only having one $ reward for a particular fund can make it so that some traders might not want to manage any funds at all (especially if they have actually managed all of the themed funds before. There would be no extra incentive for those players). If you have it so that after a certain amount of rotations you get the $ reward for a fund you managed previously, that would also encourage those traders who had managed funds in the past to keep seeking funds to manage (even if it's one that they've already managed before).
