Rewards for Fund managers was mentioned in one of our previous Announcements.
Though those proposed changes are on the backburner for now. In the past, HSX has rewarded some previous long-time Fund Managers with HSX schwags as well.
While incentives are a good idea, H$100M is too much. I can easily see accusations of favoritism in who I assign Fund management.
The reason that some managers abandon their funds is related to why some managers "owned" certain funds. It's hard to find loyal managers who will stick around, so why kick someone out as long as they remain interested.
