Since HSX is never going to do anything about the volatility problem on the exchange...

When are you going to start fining posters who repeatedly post about stock movement on the boards exacerbating the situation? When an IPO drops $15 in three hours with less trading than it had right after it sold its initial shares (CAPA2's 60k shares were sold and it sold another 40k above it and it still only went up a couple bucks... then it went up to $7 above IPO price than in less than three hours crashed $15 with barely 40k in trading) Meanwhile, you have people posting about the IPO moving up and down on the exchange and nothing is said or done about it.
