With the new rules of HSX, Have the inactivity penalties started? I don't remember the exact but I think it was "you had to make one trade
per month". If someone could update my memory and put the actual rule here I would appreciate it.

No, there is currently no fee for inactivity. {nm} Jul 26, 10:15
with larger position limits it is twice as easier to move up over inactives... keep on trading! {nm} Jul 28, 16:31
