League suggestions. 1) to really keep people interested, standings need to be handicapped to equalize for port size (which % gain is not);

2) League admin needs to be able to remove "declined" (and "quit"?) from Pending/Inactive list. Would also be helpful to be able to "fold up" and hide the Pending/Inactive list.

3) The New messages indicator on the Leages home page, previously suggested.
