TV Stocks with a current higher price than the full season episode order?

wikipedia terra nova shows it has been ordered a full 13episode S1, so why is its list price now at $16, when it only pays out $1 per ep?

Because all of the shows with only 14 episodes ordered could have the "back end" or the other 8-10 episodes for winter/spring ordered.

Further note. Terra Nova does not currently have a timeslot for the midseason, when House moves to 8PM, and Alcatraz joins the schedule.
