it means you are better than that percentage of hsx players. mine is 97.8, so thats saying my port is in the top 2.2% of all ports {nm} boondock islander Sep 11, 13:24

Of course there is the round off error to create the impossible 100th percentile, which the very large ports are in.... StarBondFund Sep 12, 12:12
