Why does RUBIN show there is 1.8 million shares left of the 2m share IPO when the page says there are already 17m shares sold? not2fast Feb 23, 17:51

trading volume on HSX takes into account all the volume long and short. shorts don't count towards offering buy side 2 mill share limit. Oleg Max Feb 23, 18:31
