oh i see a few stocks like this, in pre-ipo stage, so either they forgot to be ipo'd ;) or you're just using placeholder dates?
shil2 is another with an out-of-date date. (im just anxious to buy some stuff!)

Basically, the current date is the default when an IPO is created in the database. {nm} Oct 19, 10:36
