MNION multiple trade history

Yesterday, I purchased 99,999 shares of MNION at 210.98 per share.  After I went back into my portfolio, it shows the average price paid of R421.96 giving me a net loss of $21,077,770.11, and reduced my overall networth by this much.  After looking at my trade history, there were 2 trades for purchases of those shares of MNION at that price.  How can I get this fixed to remove one of the trades and return my portfolio balance back?
