I'm assuming Saban Films is among the 9 LGF film "labels" Jon Feltheimer referred to during a May 22 CC...

...the others (presumably) being Lionsgate, Summit, Roadside Attractions, CBS Films, Pantelion, Lionsgate Premiere, Codeblack & Grindstone Entertainment.

Past releases from Saban have either been handled by LGF (TRACR, FORGR, AMHST & HTMLE -- none of which reported to ERC) or Roadside (HOMSM) & I note HGFTK is also scheduled to be released by Roadside.

Will divest MANUP if it doesn't meet Fund criteria in your opinion.

"Turning to our film business. While we spend most of our time talking about our wide releases, it's worth noting that our Motion Picture business encompasses 40 to 45 releases a year across 9 different labels, efficiently targeted to specific audience segments we've served for a long time. In order to supply all of these platforms, we've become even more aggressive about securing films from outside suppliers, including our new partners at CBS Films that complement our in-house production."
