Clues point that mrbinns has been away from HSX for a short period of time...
There is a couple month gap between his Starbond Fund delisting and reIPOing (which is not normal).
There have not been many mrbinns posts on the starbond board lately.
It is likely something happened that took his attention away from the game for a period of time but now he is back and trying to clean up his port (going thru his starbonds) but missed the recent news about new activity for this moviestock and he is likely to be focused on getting his port in order (and his spreadsheet in order for Starbond Fund) that he didn't see it being reIPOed on the calendar next week.
