Why are there not general data about the exchange's activity for a certain day?

Probably useless (but still fun) would be to see general info on the overall exchange activity for a certain day, e.g.:

- Total volume traded today

- HSX Composite index (integrated with, say, the most held securities)

- HSX Stars Index (same criteria)

And  so on..
