Please remove league

"Canadian Traders" has one member.  I applied in Early November and his 2000000 port has not grown in quite a while.  He is not accepting or declining my request to join the league.  Alienoid123 is possibly a defunct player and I would like to see my request disappear.  Incidentally, I still have all the other leagues I left showing in my league list.  No change from before.
