Can we actually make real money like I have heard?

I have had this account for awhile and bought a bunch of stocks back in the day, now i signed on because I heard you can get cash for this and my networth is 12 million which i understand isnt all that great Im assuming. But Ive heard you can make some money from this. CAn I do anything with this to get something in real life? Thanks
