I saw this fee notification on uninvested cash. I agree the HSX for which I've been a member for 20 years is a Entertainment stock platform. I have studiously increased my funds over time by careful trading. Not volume trading.
You must understand traders are sometimes opportunists and sometimes speculative. Because I run short of time I try and set up my account to prosper over time.
I don't think you should be charging a fee that decays my or anyone else's cash balance simply by our trading styles. I understand you want to spur on more activity, but this isn't the way to do it in my mind.
