Gunner Palace is an emotional documentary that gives an honest glimpse into the life of American soldiers fighting in Iraq. Much of it is set in Uday Hussein's palace, which the soldiers renamed Gunner Palace. Directed by Petra Epperlein and Michael Tucker, the documentary examines what soldiers do in their downtime and how they deal with the harsh realities. Palm picked up the film at the 2004 Toronto Film Festival
