New Yorker Josh Hamilton was, along with Ethan Hawke, a founding member of the Malaparte Theater Company. After starrng on stage and on TV, where he won an Emmy for the CBS special Abby, My Love, Hamilton began his foray into feature films. He got his first major role as a plane crash survivor, again along with Hawke, in 1993's Alive. Hamilton also starred along with Eric Stoltz, Olivia D'Abo and Chris Eigeman in the comedy Kicking and Screaming about friends dealing with life after college.
Hamilton has since played the deranged twin brother of Parker Posey in the 1997 dark comedy The House of Yes.
