Russian Doll is an Australian film about a married man, Harvey, who falls in love with a Jewish girl, Katia, from another country. In order for her to stay, she must be married. The married man sets her up with his best friend, Ethan, to help her remain in Australia. By the wedding day, Ethan and Katia have fallen madly in love. The girl is torn between Harvey and Ethan and must decide who she really loves. Russian Doll is directed by Starvos Kazantzidis, who is making his directorial debut. Huge Weaving, Natalia Novikova, and David Wenham star in the romantic drama.
