First trailer for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping

Lionsgate has unveiled the teaser trailer for the prequel The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping [HGAM6] set 24 years before the events of The Hunger Games. Joseph Zada stars as young Haymitch Abernathy, the Tribute from District 12 in the 50th Hunger Games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell. Francis Lawrence [FLAWR] returns to direct the adaptation of the novel by Suzanne Collins. The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping won't arrive in theaters until November 20, 2026.
