Joseph Fiennes [JFIEN] stars as the fictional Clavius, who is assigned by Pontius Pilate to investigate what happened to Jesus following the crucifixion in oredr to quell a rebellion. Risen opens wide on January 22nd.
Sony Pictures Classics has unveiled the trailer for writer-director Woody Allen's [WALLE] latest dramedy Irrational Man [IRATM]. Joaquin Phoenix [JPHOE] plays an existentially troubled philosophy professor and Emma Stone [ESTON] as a student who falls for him. Parker Posey [PPOSE] co-stars as his more age-appropriate colleague. Irrational Man opens in limited release beginning JUly 17th.
Warner Bros. has released a second, extended trailer for the dystopian destruction derby Mad Max: Fury Road [MMAX4] on Apple. This final trailer may have as much dialogue as the actual film, which is supposedly one long car chase across the post-apocalyptic wasteland. Mad Max: Fury Road races into theaters on May 15th.
