Hey, it took lots of us 3+ years to make $100M...congrats!
When I started playing, we couldn't short any stocks, there were no funds or derivatives, so we could only play stocks. And if we didn't think a movie would do well, we had to sell the stock off before it opened, since we couldn't short in those days to make $$.
It took me awhile to make $100M...so don't worry about who makes it faster, etc. We all have our own trading styles, time to play, etc., so you really are only competing against yourself.
