Example - $200 price Stock needs to move at least $4 for profit to account for $2 commission each on the sell and the short (or cover and buy),

Plus add a little more for chuckage (the difference in the price between the current price and what it actually sells for).  The higher the price usually the higher the chuckage.  And if alot of shares are being traded at the time that could be more (or less) depending on what the other traders are doing.
