Time Of Day Star Bonds Adjust?

        What time of day do the Starbonds adjust?  I just awakened.  (6am on East Coast) to find that Starbonds that are supposed to rise greatly today havent adjusted yet.   Also, when they do adjust.. can one just push cover to sell them at end of day.. or do they freeze where you cant sell them?  Sorry if I'm being.., paranoid lol.  I've made a lot of money for the first time at Starbonds that are supposed to adjust today, and make sure I dont wanrt to do it wrong.   Thanks.
