The only way to remove the tag is to delete the post, sorry. It says how you can tag, but unfortunately not "when" to tag.
You're asking a gameplay question that applies to all stocks, not specific to SAVYS. Tagging is save "news" to the stock page so traders can reference them later. News are such things as casting, release dates, trailers...etc.
Your geneal question doesn't need to be save to be seen later.
