Thanks, I didn't think to look there because I was thinking HSX delist. The BoM list has only 6 others in the HSX era that would meet...

the test of a $15M delist I think.  It has CT,HD as well but I mentioned that one.  It doesn't have PASON for some reason, and not The Artist.  I know the latter was about silent movie, but I thought there were outside-the-movie-within-a-movie speaking parts in French.

Anyway, of the six others on BoM, only one was French and it was from 2001, Amelie.

Bening being in The Search and her scenes clearly being in English (plus at least the one court scene), may also be a helpful factor as I mentioned in the other post.

The November release date (with no year) I guess suggests this could be primo Oscar Bait for Weinstein, as it was with The Artist.

I'll be very interested to read about how it's received at Cannes.
