SANCTUM, TRON: LEGACY, STEP UP 3D are using the same 3D Fusion camera system developed by Pace (more inside)
James Cameron modified them specifically for AVATAR, they were also used for JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH 3D, U2:3D, THE FINAL DESTINATION and even HANNAH MONTANA BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. From comments I'd imagine it's the same rig that is being used for JACKASS 3D as well.
Obviously TRON: LEGACY is going to to be the closest thing to a similar 3D world building project this year. There of course is also TINTIN though though that will be far more stylized.
But as to other productions being able to quickly use all the assets developed for AVATAR, other than an AVATAR 2 or other James Cameron production, it's not likely.
