Saying "gives them more say in who has access" raises red flags in my mind. Its the same thing as saying "gives them more control in who...". Control is a function of who you can exclude. Excluding people like those you feel excluded you or those like you is NOT righting a wrong. It is the SAME wrong, just reversed. *climbs down from soapbox*
