Project Genome has a list which can be sorted by dRoi to see the best investments in the time leading up to the adjust.  Hopefully you have a little H$ to invest. 

btw...did you invest in BONDS?...a backdoor way to get the advantage of the best adjusts between now and the time of adjust.
