EMINE attached to HGWT........time to remove him from it? Any news?

EMINE has been attached for some time.  The movie IPO'd in 7/06 at the height of the EMINE popularity.  Time the revisit whether this is a real project for EMINE and if not, remove him from  it and delist his bond.
